Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

OMG....excellent. I shared this with a friend that owns a restaurant and now she makes her own! I can not put enough positive adjectives in this review to descibe. But the second time I made it, I personally cut back on the sugar because for my personal taste it was too sweet. Having said that, you should know I am not a sweets person. Enjoy!

Very Good. I had ham stock and did not want to waste it so I went in search of a recipe...I found this one and had all other ingredient on hand so I tried it. Boy am I glad, my family LOVED it.

Focaccia Bread

Fantastic. Mmmmm.... We loved it. I made it exactly as written this time. lol I will be trying it with thinly sliced tomatoes and roasted green peppers. I doubled the recipe and it fit great in my large cookie sheet which I believe is 11x17. It was the perfect thickness for both eating plain and slicing in half for a sandwich. We got 22 inches of snow this week so I had lots of time to try many NEW recipes.

Mama D's Italian Bread

This was my first attempt at any type of bread and I was very pleased. I did exactly as the recipe was written with the exception of only making two round loaves. We enjoyed it greatly!! A definate keeper and now I won't have to run to the bakery whenever I want Italian bread. Woohoo!!! Thank you.

Syrian Bread

Well, let me say...this recipe deserves 5 stars if I were rating it for pita bread. I was in search of true syrian bread, or at least what our area calls syrian bread. The dough was wonderful to work with and I will be using it again just not as "syrian bread." One last thing, I do not have a bread machine so I did it in my kitchenaid and by hand. Unless this may have caused the bread to turn out differently. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly.

Slow Cooker Venison Roast

Wonderful! Excellent! My girlfriend still does not know it was venison....and I'm not telling her. I did try this once before and forgot to leave a rating but I highly recommend this. I did leave out the soup mix but only because I did not have any on-hand. I used as another one suggested, one can of cream of mushroom and one can of cream of celery. For left-overs the next day I grilled italian bread with swiss cheese and this shredded meat, and EVERYONE loved those also. Woohoo even better!!!! Thanks for this wonderul recipe.

First time I made it and it all went! Fantastic recipe. I did add a couple banana pepper and that was the only comment I hear, "more pepper still." But that is all personal preferance and we love peppers. I would also suggest as many others did, start by browning down your potatoes first.

Grilled Venison Backstrap

Excellent, excellent, excellent!! I made this tonight and all I can say is OMG its excellent!! I started it 2 days ago with the apple cider, then yesterday in the BBQ sauce, and grilled tonight. The only thing was that the bacon didn't crisp up as I had hoped it would but I didn't want to overcook the the cubes of meat. Thank for this GREAT recipe. We will be making many more times.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

This review is way past due...I did not realize I hadn't given it one. WOW!! So super easy. I wasn't sure exactly how the recipe read and after reading a few reviews the only thing I changed was, after it is cook (which I cooked more like 12-14 hours) I drained most of the broth off of it before adding my BBQ sauce. Pulled Pork has always been one of my husband's favorites, now he doesn't have to wait till we go out to order it!! I've made this at least a dozen times and it turns out fabulous every time. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Wow, that is the best way to describe this recipe. Very good and they do cook really fast so be careful not to overcook. The fish melted in your mouth and the spices did not overpower the dish.
