Quick and Easy Home Fries
Great restaurant style homefries...I use oil instead of butter and dry off the potatoes well before cooking.

Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs
I thought these meatballs were tender and delicious! The sauce came out great too although I used fresh tomatoes instead of canned crushed and I didn't have any tomato paste...besides that I was pretty faithful to the recipe (sans the sugar). Thanks!

Lentil Soup
Really delicious...couldn't get it to be soupy enough though...ended up more like a stew. Can't complain though!
