The Perfect Cinnamon Roll Icing

Didn't/don't have the whole wheat baking mix, so used all regular. Had refrigerated cinnamon chips so could not get a fine grind. No worries...the menfolk were happy campers. One said it was one of the best cinnamon rolls he'd ever had. Used the glaze on 1/2 of them and some pre-made cream cheese frosting on other 1/2. Yummilicous!!! Will make again!!

Spooky Halloween Eyeballs

Love, love, LOVE this recipe! Made this for Halloween 2010. Eyeballs were cute. Also made little ghosts (used idea from photos of this recipe). Friends called the ghosts "tweakers" because of the sugar rush - Ha! Made this recipe twice...the second time I added some crispy rice cereal - nice. Thanks for the recipe!!

Candy Corn Bark

Million Monster Cookies

Mmm-mmm good!! Made 1/2 the recipe...wow that's alot of dough!! Made according to directions given...used ice cream scoop. Cookies look like the gourmet type sold in stores!! Crispy on outer edges, soft in center. Perfect!! Used some butterscotch morsels in addition to everything else and used my hands to do final mixing. Thanks for a great recipe!
