Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2012
Simply the easiest garlic shrimp to make...EVER! Great over pappardelle with a garnish of fresh diced tomatoes, capers and grated parmesan.

The Best Slow Cooker Cream Corn

Reviewed: May 10, 2012
Delish! Hate to alter these great recipes but I did...used Applewood Smoked Cheddar and cubed velveeta both. Gave it a more gourmet taste (or so I think anyways). Huge hit, young and old. Will become a bbq staple and a potluck go to for me!

Cherry Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2012
Loved this item! As is the case often I used the recipe as just a base idea and modified with what I had on hand. Dried cherries, toasted cashews, bottled ginger teri sauce, red bell peppers for vegetables. Served it all on top of teriyaki shanghai noodles with iceberg on the side for wrapping. The cherries and the nuts really amped it up and it's a keeper that will be fun to play with. Thanks for posting.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2012
Best ever banana bread. I hate to alter things at all but we choose mini dark chocolate chips sometimes instead of the nuts (mostly to follow nut-free rules for school). I do use my bananas that I stock pile in the freezer so they are really soft and more like a puree of fresh bananas not slices. I have made mini muffins, regular muffins, bread...all shapes and sizes and all totally DELICIOUS!!! Thanks Janet for one of my go-to recipes for my family.
