Montreal Steak Seasoned Mashed Potatoes

Great! Jammed packed with flavor. Took the advice of other reviews and cut the amount of Montreal Steak seasoning in half and omitted the salt. I added 1/2 tsp. of minced garlic to the potatoes when they were boiling and also put 1/2 tsp of minced garlic in the potatoe when they were mashed. Added a bit more bacon and chopped green onions. The green onion gave it a very nice crunch. Excellent way to serve mashed potatoes. This is a must try!!

Super-Simple, Super-Spicy Mongolian Beef

Per other reviewers I doubled the sauce. WAY TO SALTY and I used half Lite Soy Sauce. I won't be making this again :(

Mexican Rice III

Excellent side dish. Per other reviewers I didn't put the cilantro in until ready to serve. Didn't add green pepper because I didn't have any on hand still turned out great. Didn't use chicken bouillon because I felt the chicken broth (1 can) had enough flavor. I will def. rotate this dish!!!! Love the fresh jalapeno pepper in it!

Broccoli Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

I used linguine instead of Fettuccini and seasoned it with black pepper. Next time I will season the chicken before frying with a little salt, pepper, garlic powder and Mrs Dash for chicken. All in all very quick and tasty. I will make again!!!

Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

This was amazing. The flavors are incredible and are for true Buffalo Chicken lovers. I used Blue Cheese dressing and shredded Mozz cheese and it was soooooo good. It is a keeper!!!

Bruschetta Chicken Bake

This was tasty but I did modify it per other reviews. No salt and I used thin cut chicken breasts (whole) I seasoned the breasts with basil, oregano, pepper and garlic powder. I used diced tomatoes w/basil, oregano & garlic. Last 5 min of baking I topped with cheese until it melted. Fabulous FLAVOR!!!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This was an excellent soup for a cold winter day! It had amazing depth and flavor. Per other reviewers I used canned chicken broth instead of the boullion and water, added some minced garlic and I sprinkled some bacon on top before I served it. If you haven't tried this recipe yet, it is a MUST TRY!!!

Original Homemade Italian Beef

Baby Back Ribs

WOW!!! These were falling off the bone tender. My boyfriend loves ribs and he just loved these. Per other reviewers I seasoned the ribs with season salt, pepper and some minced garlic. At the end I opened the packets and added some more BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Rays) and broiled for 5 min. This is a MUST TRY!!!

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo

This recipe was really good the garlic mayo is a hit. Round steak is a tougher cut of meat so I simmered it in beef broth, minced garlic and a little soy for about 35 min then I added the green pepper, onion and fresh mushroom. I sprinkled them with italian seasoning instead of oregeno and they were very tasty.

Herb Spread for French Bread

Green Chili Stew

This is exactly like the stew I had in New Mexico. The only change I made was I added 2 diced fresh jalepenos because we like a little extra heat. We fill tortilla shells with the stew mixture and top it with a little cheese and sour cream!! YUM!

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

This was very good. Per other reviewers I chopped an onion and added it to the ground beef. I also added a dash of chilli powder and a dash of cayenne. These were very tasty with a little zip.
