Eggplant Parmesan I

This was WAY better than I thought it would be. For some reason I thought I would need to double the recipe for just the 4 of us and it was WAY too much. But still very delicious. I did follow the other reviews and breaded the eggplant before frying it. And I didn't notice the fresh basil when I went shopping so I just used a little basil seasoning. I also think we used a little too much sauce on ours.

Chicken Parmigiana

VERY easy & Very delicious! Used Hunts Spaghetti Sauce and mixed the bread crumbs and parm cheese together and breaded the chicken in that and then served the whole thing on Garlic Bread & Mozz Rolls. AWESOME!

Zucchini Pasta Bake

I LOVED this recipe! I added Yellow Squash to the mix and a little of the Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb for a little extra flavor, but it still turned out AWESOME!!! Loved it and would definitely make it again!

Best Ziti Ever

Chicken and Cheese Crescents

This was really awesome it's like easy chicken pot pies!!! But I would totally next time throw in a mixed veggie combo with it, just to finish off the whole taste!

Pasta with Kielbasa and Sauerkraut

So all I did was cut up and cook the kielbasa with the sour kraut and some noodles then added sour cream and milk and cayenne pepper and it was really really good! I dunno if this qualifies as the same recipe even, but that's all I had to work with. My hubby really liked it...

Crawford Polish Bake

Broccoli Hamburger Casserole

This was awesome!!! But I used some of the other suggestions, added the oregano & basil and then served it over Rice! It frickin' ROCKED. Next time I think I'll do crm of broccoli soup though

Pork Chop Casserole

The potatoes were good. I think that I used to thin of pork chops because they got really dried out. I would have rather made those cheesy potatoes with the crushed corn flakes on top, as a side and then had regular juicy awesome porkchops on the side. I wasn't too impressed.

Jimmy Dean Sausage Breakfast Pizza

This was really awesome!!! The only thing I had trouble with was actually making the croissant rolls into the pizza shape, I gave up on the 2nd one and just did it squared, it still tasted awesome!!

Crunch Top Potatoes

Awesome, I used to eat these when I was little and for some reason my family just stopped making it. I used real potatoes though, I diced them and used about 5 good sized ones peels and all. And I used a lot more cheese too :-)

Stuffed Peppers

I actually added some parmesan cheese to the sauce and added WAY more than 16 oz of sauce to the peppers, I also threw in a can of diced tomatoes and my hubby loved them...
