Slow Cooker Oatmeal

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2012
I grease up my crockpot with butter and don't have a problem with it sticking. I have made this several times now and really like it.. I didn't have half and half last time and I used milk and it was just as good. I also add cinnamon & fresh nutmeg.. It is nice to wake up to a hot breakfast..

Bunny Cupcakes

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2010
These are adorable and so easy to make. I LOVE cupcakes and what a cute way to decorate for Easter. I think I may do several with just green coconut and jellybeans too, instead of all bunnies, and maybe it will look like they are in a Easter egg hunt. Thanks a bunch for sharing. Love it

PHILADELPHIA Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
EASY EASY EASY.. I have made this recipe for 2 seperate Thanksgiving parties this season and everyone has LOVED it.. I will be making it again today for Thanksgiving with my family tomorrow. It is so YUMMY and looks like you bought it from a bakery. The second time I made it my 4 yr old "helped" me so, it is pretty fail-proof.. I think this is a keeper for sure.

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
I make this recipe each year for Christmas and it is always one of the prettiest on the tray. I have tried them with several different preserves and it is always yummy. Raspberry, strawberry and blueberry were the best. I am always sure to get the seedless preserves and NEVER jelly. I found out the hard way a few years back that the jelly will melt and run out of the cookies.

Eggnog Quick Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
This is such an easy recipe for such a yummy bread. The last time I made it, I was out of rum extract so I just left it out and used more vanilla and it was still just as good. This is one of those recipes you would have to work hard at to mess up because, it comes out good each time.

Pineapple Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2007
Wonderful stuffing. It's stuffing with the flavor of a pineapple upside down cake. I made this for a Christmas dinner yesterday and EVERYONE at the table commented on how good it was and ask for the recipe. The only thing I did differently is I cooked it a little longer than suggested and I only used 3/4 c sugar. It was delicious.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2007
I have been making this version for yearsand it is one of my favorites. It is super easy. I can whip up a batch of theses cookies for my family in minutes. I would give it six stars if I could. Everyone loves them and when they ask for the recipe can't believe there is no flour in them. Try them once and it is hard to go back to any other peanut butter cookie..

Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2008
Ok I just made these and put a chocolate peanut butter frosting on them. They are WONDERFUL.. I bake a lot so I try to never have more than 1 cupcake or a few bites of cake etc just to watch my diet however you can't eat just one of these. They are so yummy. I only had 1 1/2 bups brown sugar so I had to use 1/2 white sugar with it as well and it was still GREAT!! Thumbs up, I will make these often.. Thanks for sharing..

Peanut Butter/Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
Very good and very easy to make.. I needed a fast desert and that is what I got. I was out of semisweet chocolate chips so I used white chocolate chips. I also had no peanut butter chips so I just added creamy peanut butter to the sweetened milk. It worked just fine and was YUMMY

This is a great recipe for potato candy! I used more sugar as many reviewers did but the candy turned out wonderful! I made it for a Christmas gathering at my place and it was one of the first things gone.

Pineapple Pie V

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2012
My family loved this pie. I did do a few things differently. I used lemon juice but no zest. I only had a can of cubed pineapple so I crushed myself in a food processor. It was nearly an applesauce texture after that. I tempered the eggs and didn't stop stirring the entire time it was on the heat. I also added a few drops of coconut extract. My filling wasn't clumpy at all. After cooling it was firm no running in the pan etc. Only thing I will do differently next time is make two. Thanks for sharing.
