PHILADELPHIA Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
EASY EASY EASY.. I have made this recipe for 2 seperate Thanksgiving parties this season and everyone has LOVED it.. I will be making it again today for Thanksgiving with my family tomorrow. It is so YUMMY and looks like you bought it from a bakery. The second time I made it my 4 yr old "helped" me so, it is pretty fail-proof.. I think this is a keeper for sure.

Bunny Cupcakes

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2010
These are adorable and so easy to make. I LOVE cupcakes and what a cute way to decorate for Easter. I think I may do several with just green coconut and jellybeans too, instead of all bunnies, and maybe it will look like they are in a Easter egg hunt. Thanks a bunch for sharing. Love it

Eggnog Quick Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
This is such an easy recipe for such a yummy bread. The last time I made it, I was out of rum extract so I just left it out and used more vanilla and it was still just as good. This is one of those recipes you would have to work hard at to mess up because, it comes out good each time.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2013
I followed the recipe exactly and it was a huge hit. Even my 8yr old often picky eater LOVED it.. I did serve it on wheat hoagies with melted provolone on top and WOW.. I will be making this often. In the future, I'll cut back on the juice in the peppers (maybe use half a jar instead) and just add extra broth because, I would have liked a tad bit less tang. I can't think of any other improvements because this is a very good recipe especially for the effort.

Hobo Pie

Reviewed: May 7, 2012
Kids love this! We make it whenever we camp as well as on a bonfire in the backyard now and then. I do however sprinkle them with powdered sugar before serving though. Cherry with chocolate chips, peanut butter chocolate and marshmallow is also really yummy.

Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2008
Ok I just made these and put a chocolate peanut butter frosting on them. They are WONDERFUL.. I bake a lot so I try to never have more than 1 cupcake or a few bites of cake etc just to watch my diet however you can't eat just one of these. They are so yummy. I only had 1 1/2 bups brown sugar so I had to use 1/2 white sugar with it as well and it was still GREAT!! Thumbs up, I will make these often.. Thanks for sharing..

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2007
These are wonderful and so easy to make. I don't know that you can even mess them up if you try. I cooked some for too long and thought they would be dry but again perfect. I also added too much sugar the first time I made them by putting the topping sugar in the mix and still Yummy.. I will make these at least once a month now, my family went crazy over them..

Peanut Butter/Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
Very good and very easy to make.. I needed a fast desert and that is what I got. I was out of semisweet chocolate chips so I used white chocolate chips. I also had no peanut butter chips so I just added creamy peanut butter to the sweetened milk. It worked just fine and was YUMMY

This is a good recipe. I used whipping cream and whipped myself because the lite still has some sugar in it. Great taste

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
I make this recipe each year for Christmas and it is always one of the prettiest on the tray. I have tried them with several different preserves and it is always yummy. Raspberry, strawberry and blueberry were the best. I am always sure to get the seedless preserves and NEVER jelly. I found out the hard way a few years back that the jelly will melt and run out of the cookies.

No Bake Cookies III

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
These are really good cookies. I have made tehm many times but have found they turn out a little better for me if I made a few adjustments. I use 2 TBsp. cocoa instead of 3. I leave the salt out and up the peanut butter to 2/3 cup, I let boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly. The adjustments makes them a bit thicker for me so they hold together better and everyone seems to like the taste more. These are a family fav here.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2007
These do have a really good taste but mine didn't look right. I am normally pretty exact with measurements so I am not sure what happened but they went from balls to puffy cake like cookies. Maybe I should have pressed them down before baking. They do taste good but not one of the best I've made..

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies II

This is our new favorite cookie! These are wonderful. The only thing I did different was I completely covered the cherry in chocolate. They are so good I might make another batch before the holidays because these won't last.

Slow Cooker Oatmeal

I grease up my crockpot with butter and don't have a problem with it sticking. I have made this several times now and really like it.. I didn't have half and half last time and I used milk and it was just as good. I also add cinnamon & fresh nutmeg.. It is nice to wake up to a hot breakfast..

Pineapple Pie V

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2012
My family loved this pie. I did do a few things differently. I used lemon juice but no zest. I only had a can of cubed pineapple so I crushed myself in a food processor. It was nearly an applesauce texture after that. I tempered the eggs and didn't stop stirring the entire time it was on the heat. I also added a few drops of coconut extract. My filling wasn't clumpy at all. After cooling it was firm no running in the pan etc. Only thing I will do differently next time is make two. Thanks for sharing.
