Black Bean Hummus

I was really disappointed after reading all the rave reviews. I thought it was way too salty! Next time I will use soaked black beans as opposed to the canned.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

I made this recipe as is and I must say that it was a little too salty and the green beans were too mushy. When I make this again I would reduce the salt and use frozen green beans instead of canned.

World's Best Lasagna

I loked this recipe, but it was not the best meat lasagna I have ever had. I will probably make it again, but I will make sure the grease from the meat is fully drained and I will also put in less sugar into the sauce.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Excellent! My husband grew up as a farmer raising beef, so I am always intimidated that I am going to do too much to take away from the taste of the meat but still add enough to keep it moist. This was perfect! The only thing I changed was I used 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of cream of celery, also, I didn't have any onion soup mix so I used onion dip mix... it had less salt content.

Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake

I love cheesecake! I made this for a dinner party. There was not a thing left. A huge hit! Even the non coffee lovers liked it. I added it to my favorite recipes. I will make this again and again.
