Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
Making these now and the first batch is delecious! Baked for exactly 8 mins at 350. Uses half cup butter/half cup butter-flavored Crisco. Used 3/4 C white sugar and 3/4 C lightly packed brown sugar. Used a 10 oz pkg of Andes mint baking pieces and about a cup of semisweet chocolate chips. Will be making these again for Christmas! Thanks!

Banana Cake VI
Very moist and delicious! I used extra bananas just because I had a lot of overripe ones (used about 4 total). I baked at 325 degrees for roughly 60-70 minutes. It was late at night and I didn't feel like baking at a lower temp for even longer, then waiting while it sat in the freezer. So I skipped the freezer step and this cake still turned out very moist and yummy. And of course it's dense because it's a cake made from scratch. I wouldn't say it's banana bread-like, but it's surely not like a boxed cake in texture. I think it's excellent and will definitely make again! Thanks for recipe!

Mom's Zucchini Bread
Delicious! I doubled the recipe, made four loaves, and froze 2. I used cinnamon applesauce in place of the oil and it worked out perfectly. I omitted the nuts, but did add a crumb topping made of oats, brown sugar, and butter. Will use this recipe again for sure!
