Lower Fat Banana Bread I

Delicious for a lower-fat bread. A quote from my mum "that banana bread is just TOO good"... I added 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla paste, a tiny dash of nutmeg and about 1/2 cup of walnuts. I would have put in cinnamon if I had had some in my cupboard. Also substituted the water for skim milk. I had to bake mine for one hour and 35 minutes though, which was weird. Well worth it though!!!

Chocolate Pudding Cake III

yum. definitely add about 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla paste or essence. served warm with ice cream it is absolutely delicious! i put 1 1/3 cup of water in the last step - and the sauce was nice and rich. wouldn't want it any thinner or thicker.

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake III

Yummmmm. I used only 1 1/3 cups of water, and this resulted in quite a thick, rich sauce. I wouldn't use less water than that. I added about 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste, I'd definitely reccomend it. Very moreish, I think I could have eaten the whole thing!
