Basil Shrimp

I love shrimp, and I like them just in a big bowl with extra sauce and crusty bread. I have been trying several of the shrimp recipes on the website and will now add the addition of basil to all my shrimp in abowl with lemony, garlicky, paprika, and don't forget the Marsala cooking wine. I marinate the shrimp inthe oil sauces and then add a cup of chicken stock heat the shrimp remove them into serving bowls and add the Marsala. Reduce the mixture in the pan and por over shrimp. yum. I could it this everyday!

Peanut-Ginger Marinade

I had tried the recipe of the week peanut chicken and it was great, but this one is even better. The spicy in a peanut sauce is pretty important if you are looking for true Asian peanut sauce. I sauteed some onions and green cabbage with butter and a little Soy Sauce and then added some extra peanut sauce (made full recipe/only marinated 1/3 of recipe) to the mixture with orzo pasta. Yummers!!! I am not craving pot stickers with peanut sauce anymore when I can make this at home.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This was soooo good. I took the recipe's combination, decreased the cream cheeze, chopped up the celery, added a little onion and pickles, and made buffalo chicken salad sandwiches. Soooo good!

Garlic Butter

This is the one! Just like others this is the perfect butter spread for making garlic bread. You can change what medium you use but the ingrdients are solid. Paprika is such a huge unused spice try it it adds sooo much to many things!!!

Texas Stuffed Mushrooms

It is a strange flavor and texture but pretty good and fast. I put all the ingredients in a ziploc bag and mixed them up together, then I cut of a corner of the bag and piped in the mixture. Much less mess.

Grilled Rock Lobster Tails

Woooweee! This was so good, talk about simple with a bang! This is it. I agree no butter needed, but I made the same recipe and used butter instead of olive oil to serve on the side and people were putting it on their steaks!!

Western Potatoes

This was GREAT! Made it to go with grilled steaks and mushrooms and then made it as a brunch side with Huevos Rancheros omelets. The green chilis really are the kick and I make this early and pop it in when I put on the steaks.

New Orleans Barbequed Shrimp

I made this as shown and thought it was fair. Very easy and quick to prepare, make sure that the shrimp are fresh and the bread is good and it is a great light meal or appetizer.

Italian Chicken with Pesto Potatoes

This was delicious!! The reason the chicken wasn't flavorful for others is the balsamic vinegar reduction wasn't used. It is a strong flavor to be used lightly over this dish or fresh mozarella and tomatoes. Use the reduction and this one is a for sure hit.
