Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2009
Even though it says not to, I have cooked the meatballs first both of the times I have made this. My boyfriend says its ALMOST as good as his mom's so it MUST be good!

Pizza Crust for the Bread Machine II

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2009
This is the ONLY recipe I used for pizza crust. I add basil, oregano, and parsley as well as crushed or minced garlic. I also don't use the dry milk powder and it comes out perfect every time.

Taco Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2009
I have to give this five stars because my VERY picky 4 year old had THIRDS. This is very good, but very fattening. Which is probably why it is so good...LOL

Manicotti

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2009
I used this recipe for stuffed shells. I think the only change I made was to add crushed garlic to the cheese mixture. Very good!

Black Bottom Cupcakes I

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2008
I love these! They are my favorite kind of cupcake to make. My boyfriend even likes them, and he's not a big fan of chocolate.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2008
Really, really good. A little spicy for my liking, but next time I'll cut the hot sauce down to 1TBS like everyone else said to do ;)

Cheesy Chicken and Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2007
I made this yesterday and it was very good. My boyfriend that isn't a fan of potatoes or chicken loved it. I wouldn't say that it was a quick meal though. I used baby red potatoes and cooked it for an hour to make sure the potatoes were fully cooked. I also added some bacon in with then cheese. I still felt like there was something missing though. I'll have to tweak it the next time I make it :)

Ground Turkey Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2007
This was really, really good. Even my 2 year old likes it! I had to make some adjustments, though: 2lbs ground turkey 1 jar of Barilla tomato basil spaghetti sauce (I only used 3/4 of it) 1 teaspoon brown sugar 12oz bowtie pasta 8oz cream cheese 8oz sour cream 1/2 cup 2% milk (some of the reviews said to add it to the sour cream/cream cheese) 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese I seasoned the turkey with garlic salt, seasoned salt, and paprika. I also layered it differently. I mixed the pasta with the sour cream/cream cheese/milk mixture and put that on the bottom, then the turkey, then the cheese. It kind of tastes like lasangna. Its something you could make ahead of time and just pop it in the oven when you are ready to eat.
