Rich and Simple French Onion Soup

This recipe is awesome! I've been making it for about a year now and have discovered that you can make it using about 1/4 of the butter and a touch of EVOO and it tastes just as good without all the fat.

Praline Sweet Potatoes

I have been making this dish for the last 3 years for every Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner we go to. It's especially easy when you put it in the crockpot, put a woodspoon in the lid so the liquid escapes and viola!! I have found however that when I do bake it in the oven it takes considerably longer than 30 minutes to bake.

Shredded Brussels Sprouts

This dish was excellent! Took it to Thanksgiving dinner and it was a huge hit. I used Turkey Bacon and pecans and shared the recipe with others. Thank you.

I'm not sure why this receip got such great reviews. I followed the recipe and the meat was tough. I might attempt again but this time I'll cook at a lower temp for a longer period of time.

Swiss Chicken Casserole I

This dish was easy and tasted great. I did modify the recipe slightly. I used 1 can of soup on the bottom of the pan mixed with about 3/4 c milk and a 2nd can of soup mixed with about 3/4 c milk over the chicken. Even my picky 3 year old ate this one.
