Cranberry White Chocolate Shortbread

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2009
These aren't the most fabulous shortbread cookies I've ever tasted, but they're probably the best I've ever made personally! I used dark chocolate chips instead of white chocolate and they're SOOOO tasty! :) Not too crumbly either, which is a pleasant surprise.

Easy Fudge Brownies

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2009
These were DEFINITELY not ready after 20 minutes, and I made the mistake of not checking them. I got a small taste of the edge and I don't think they're very good at all! Now I have to look for another recipe to make this morning :(

Pumpkin Cheese Bread II

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2009
AMAZING!!! I added more spices (about double what it called for) and omitted the orange zest because didn't have any. I have 3 large bowls and 2 loaf pans to wash now, but it's TOTALLY WORTH IT! Delicious!

Enticing Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2008
Turned out pretty good. I used green enchilada sauce, since it was all I could find, and it was fine.

Caramel Shortbread Squares

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2007
They taste great, but the shortbread disintegrated when I cut them!! Instead of making the caramel layer, I melted 43 Werther's soft caramels with 1/4 cup of whipping cream, 4 min on medium in the microwave and then stir until completely melted. Much easier and less chance of screwing it up.
