Chicken Puffs

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2011
I love this recipe it is so tasty! Definitely not an every day thing as it is so rich-- maybe next time I can try it with tuna fish & mayonnaise, yumm. :-) I'd also like to say that: -at 325* it has to stay longer than 12 minutes. Could depend on the oven because some of the newer models have different settings for each level the pan is on. I had mine in for 20 min and decided to raise to 375* as that is what the crescent rolls instructions say. -The chicken of course should be seasoned. I don't ever cook anything w/o seasoning the meat. I added some adobo, black pepper, a little salt, 1 packet of sazon, maggi chicken bouillon seasoning, and a little sprinkle of Mrs.Dash's Italian seasoning mix. -Don't add the liquid after cooking the chicken into the cream cheese & butter mixture as it would be way too runny. ~Lorrie~

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
Awesome awesome awesome! I love these so much and everyone I make them for has fallen in love with them. They taste better than any store bought peanut butter cookies I've ever had. Each time I make it I add some thing new, whether its tiny m&ms, or semi-sweet chocolate/white chocolate chips. I love this recipe! *Thanks for posting it*

Stuffed Shells I

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
This was great! We couldn't stop eating it, it was actually really funny. Every time I'd take out 2 pans to put the next 2 we'd sit around and eat from the pans cooling off. Needless to say there wasn't much left when I was finally done making it, hehe.

Creamy Corn Soup

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
I love corn soup so much. This was a wonderful recipe. I always add chopped up tomato, and whatever meat I feel like; whether ham pieces or chicken. Remember with soup you can add almost anything. My mom likes to put potato in it as well.

Baked Ziti IV

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
This recipe was absolutely wonderful! Do not omit the ground pork sausage it really adds a nice taste/flavor. I didn't use rosemary (oregano instead), and I didn't use cottage cheese (I used ricotta). EVERYONE LOVED IT! And I mean EVERYONE. Lol. Great recipe, thank you for posting it.

Good recipe! I omitted the coconut, orange slices and walnuts but it was still good. What I should have added was some condensed milk ;) *Thanks for the recipe*

Parmesan Chicken II

Reviewed: May 9, 2008
Came out great! I did add garlic powder, adobo, and bread crumbs to the parmesan cheese mixture. Also seasoned my chicken ( I always do) w/ paprika, salt & onion powder. But overall it was wonderful. Will definitely be making again. *Thanks for the recipe*

Supreme Strawberry Topping

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2007
This is an awesome recipe! One suggestion I do have though- if using it as a topping for a cheesecake (w/ strawberries as well) make sure it doesn't stay around too long. Use up the cheesecake within 2 nights/3 days tops.
