Tender Pan-Fried Chicken Breasts
We really enjoyed this recipe and have added it into our regular cooking rotation. The chicken had a great flavor from all the seasonings, and the meat itself was very juicy with a nice, crispy coating. We baked it on a rack over a baking sheet to help prevent the sogginess other reviewers complained about - it helped a lot. I have a hard time keeping chicken breasts from getting dried out, but these were so moist. To go with it, I made a milk-based chicken gravy with the browned bits in the pan and poured it over the chicken and mashed potatoes. Delicious and very, very easy.

Amish White Bread
OMG this bread is WRONG. I want to marry it and have a million of its babies. It's not often I make something exactly according to the recipe (I usually follow tips from other reviewers), but I followed this one exactly, and holy heck, I cannot stop eating it. And neither can my husband. Somebody go ahead and tape this bread to my rear end because that is exactly where it is going, and I don't even care because it is THAT GOOD.

Buttercream Icing
This recipe is great and so easy! I followed other reviewers recommendations and used all butter instead of shortening - fabulous. Otherwise, I prepared it exactly as written, and it was great. I don't know what's up with those other reviewers, using less sugar because it's "too sweet." That's crazy talk! It's icing, for crying out loud. It's SUPPOSED to be sweet. And yes, it is very, very sweet, but it's wonderful. Made icing my cupcakes super easy. This was my first try at making my own icing, and I'm so glad to have found a winner from the get-go. I will never buy canned icing again!
