Baked Dijon Salmon
Wow, this was awesome! I agree with other reviewers, if you don't use all the ingredients, don't rate the recipe and give it 4 stars cuz you didn't have it all. Not fair. I added a bit of fried onions and some grated parmesan...Yum!

Broccoli Potato Soup
Very good base recipe you can do your own thing to. I, personally, used 2 cans potato soup, steamed the broccoli, sauteed onion with garlic, can evaporated milk, carrots,cut up potatoes, added chicken boullion, water. I blended some of the broccoli, and a bit of cauliflower, with some of the soup andstirred it all together. Excellent soup, just use what you want..thanx!

Cranberry Sauce
Oh so good and easy! Mixed brown and white sugar, added a few shakes of cinnamon, mashed a bit with back of spoon. Thick and Soooo flavorful. Not gonna buy canned again. SHould stock up on cranberries while on sale and freeze for future use...thanx!
