Super Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Really good. Made these for a New Year's Eve party. I made a ton - doubled the recipe and most were gone within an hour. I did cut back on the spinach based on other reviewer's comments - used 1/2 the amount the recipe called for and they were perfect.

Cheddar Beef Enchiladas

I made this with chopped turkey breast and omitted the beans as my kids don't like them. Excellent - every ate it....even my one year old.

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

The photo of this recipe does NOT do it justice. It is absolutely delicious. My husband can't stop talking about it. Notes - I used finely chopped onion b/c I was out of scallions. I also substited honey mustard for dijon. It was terrific. I also used a medium - sweet marsala.

Marinated Sirloin Steaks

Made this for my husband on Valentine's Day. He LOVED it! It has an interesting flavor, slightly sweet yet tangy. I will cut down on the soy sauce slightly next time as I thought the flavor of the soy was a little too distinct in the blending of the flavors. Thanks for sharing.

Super Bowl Bites

Made these for the superbowl party. They were totally unappealing. Smelled very oniony - looked like white castle, but very mushy consistentcy. Definitely will not make again.
