No Bake Double Good Dessert
OMG....this was so good. I did cut back on the sugar slightly and used all the crushed cookies for the crust, so crushed a few more for topping. My husband loved it and it was so simple.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops
My husband and I thought this was soooo good. I followed others advice and baked in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes and the pork chops were tender and so flavorful. A definite keeper!
