Peachy Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2009
I also loved this recipe. I the caramel sauce is great, but a little goes a long way in my opinion! I agree can't wait to try with other fruits!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2009
Okay, I agree with a lot of people. I used twice as many jalapenos and next time will use just a few more. I would make ahead and let sit for a bit. And I definitely made mine in the oven which is my personal preference. I thought it was best served with bread. Thought the combo with tortilla chips was a bit salty. Everyone was in love with it!

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2009
This had an excellent taste! Although using the "good" ingredients (i.e. fresh basil, sundried tomatoes) can be a little more expensive...it is worth it. I added fresh mozz. cheese to the top- just a little was needed. I would suggest to top your toast points right before serving as it can get soggy sitting for a bit.

Pepperoni Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2009
I also used the refrigerated pizza crust for time and ease issues. It turned out great. I baked for about 25 minutes using that crust. I did use the egg and it was fine, but may use olive oil next time. I agree that I will make this again with salad for a fun, easy meal. Oh, I did serve it with pizza sauce for dipping. Everyone loved it!

Mexican Bean Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
Frickin delicious and requested by friends. I did half the liquids in the dressing as it is enough. Used extra cilantro because I love it. I play around with the kinds of beans I use. It makes a ton but does keep pretty well!

Dessert Crepes

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
I too thought this was a great recipe. I did add and extra TBLS sugar (half brown/half white). I also blended it in the blender. I even used it the next day and it was still great. Very easy and fabulous!

Greek Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2007
I thought this recipe was very good. I added 8.5 oz. diced artichoke hearts to it. Increased the garlic cloves to 4 and used only 3/8 teaspoon cinnamon. It is a different dish, but my family enjoyed it.
