Wow!! I served these because I was having a vegetarian friend over for dinner and I wasn't sure if I'd like them or not--these are perfect. I didn't change a thing. I will be serving them again and again--my friends now think I'm a gourmet chef.

Smothered Mexican Lasagna

This recipe is delicious!! I had a small dinner party and decided on a Mexican theme and everyone loved this dish. I followed the recipe exact and had excellent results. On the plate with the lasagna I served a bed of shredded iceberg lettuce with a dollup of the sour cream/salsa mixture--it looked as good as it tasted. Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

I know this has been said already, but this is delicious, the best meal I've ever made. It is absolutely perfect as is. I felt like a gourmet chef when I served this at a dinner party. I just wish I had made more so I could have had leftovers!

Grilled Salmon I

This was delicious! My kids and husband even ate it and they don't like fish. I took some other reviewers advice and made a sauce out of the marinade, but we didn't use it because the fish was just perfect the way it was. I followed the recipe exactly. I cooked it on the grill skin side down on foil and gently flipped after 8 minutes, the skin came right off and I grilled for another 8 minutes. Thanks for a great recipe!

Mini Meatloaves

Wow, I loved this recipe and so did my family! I make meatloaf quite often and they said this was by far the best. The only change I would make would be to cut the sauce on top by half, it makes way too much. Thank you for the recipe!!

Cola Pork Chops

This was very good, however the cooking time is way off. I used thick cut pork chops and they were over cooked. Next time I will cut it down to 30 minutes. The sauce was very tasty and there was enough to serve over white rice.

Pumpkin Roll I

Extremely yummy and very easy! I saved about 2 tablespoons of filling and after I was done frosting and rolling I piped it on the edges to make it look pretty.

Mock Lobster

This was one of the best chicken marinades I've ever tried. I didn't use the melted butter to dip the chicken as it was so good alone. This is a recipe I will be using all summer on the grill. Thank you!!

This was delicious and perfect for a summer picnic. The only thing I changed was cutting the sugar in half. Beware of serving size--this would actually feed at least 8 people.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Wow, thanks for this recipe Phoebe!! This was actually my first time trying tilapia and it's now my favorite fish! The parmesan mixture on top was just delicious. I served it with asparagus and rosemary potatoes from this site. I can't wait to make again.
