Pumpkin Roll I

Extremely yummy and very easy! I saved about 2 tablespoons of filling and after I was done frosting and rolling I piped it on the edges to make it look pretty.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

I know this has been said already, but this is delicious, the best meal I've ever made. It is absolutely perfect as is. I felt like a gourmet chef when I served this at a dinner party. I just wish I had made more so I could have had leftovers!

Smothered Mexican Lasagna

This recipe is delicious!! I had a small dinner party and decided on a Mexican theme and everyone loved this dish. I followed the recipe exact and had excellent results. On the plate with the lasagna I served a bed of shredded iceberg lettuce with a dollup of the sour cream/salsa mixture--it looked as good as it tasted. Thanks for the recipe!

Grilled Portobello and Mozzarella

Wow!! I served these because I was having a vegetarian friend over for dinner and I wasn't sure if I'd like them or not--these are perfect. I didn't change a thing. I will be serving them again and again--my friends now think I'm a gourmet chef.

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Very delicious and easy. Marinated overnight and also saved the marinade and made into a wonderful gravy. Made it in winter so baked at 425 for 35 minutes in oven.

Wild Rice Spaghetti Chicken

This was very good and even my picky kids enjoyed it with parm chz on top! I wasn't sure if I made it correctly--it doesn't say if you use cooked or uncooked rice. I had some left over from dinner the night before and used it. It tasted fine, but I'm still not sure. Anyone know???

Roasted Rack of Lamb

This is delicous and so easy--I felt like a master chef after preparing this meal. I did have to add on 5 minutes for medium-rare for a 1lb rack. This will become a more common dish now that I know how to prepare it with such a simple recipe. Thanks!

Raspberry Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

These are delicious!! They are by far the best cookie I have ever made. I didn't change the recipe at all and they rolled up fine. I did add more rasberry jam than listed, but that's because I love the taste. The cookies don't need the frosting for taste, but it sure does look pretty when added!

Upside Down Pumpkin Cake

I'm going to have to be the minority here and say that this cake was gross. The filling was just regular pumpkin pie, which was fine, but all you could taste in the crust was butter. Will not make again.
