I am following a mostly vegan, gluten and fat reduced lifestyle. I am working to keep all oils to a minimum and use only extra virgin unrefined olive and coconut oil and I recently added organic, pastured ghee (hence the "mostly" plus I use honey & Worcestershire). This is compatible with Dr. McDougall's diet which works for me to normalize my pre-diabetes and keep my weight stable.
