This was SOOOO yummy! I used hot Italian sausage and my hubby and I really enjoyed it this way. I didn't give any to the kids ( way too picky lately!) so there was more for DH and I! I'm planning on making this again soon. It's great on a cold winter night.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

This recipe was great! It seems I'm always trying new banana bread recipes in search of the best one....this may be it! The sour cream made this very moist. We loved it. I also like the fact that this recipe made a few loaves. I have a big family so that was a plus!!!

White Bean Dip

I absolutely loved this one! I'm supposed to follow a low saturated fat/cholesterol diet, so this was perfect! I didn't think the lemon was overpowering. I also didn't have to use salt or pepper...I found it very flavorful without it!

Mexican Lasagna I

I thought this one was ok. Hubby LOVED it. It was weird to have pasta mixed with a mexican flavor...IMO.

Black Bean And Corn Salad II

Very good. I will make this again....only thing is that the olive oil was a little strong. I used EVOO, not regular olive oil. Next time I'll try the regular olive oil and see if that tones it diwn.

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole

WOW!!!I loved this! The only thing I didd different was not using water. Next time I probably will use water, but cut it by half. This was very tasty! Husband and I really liked it, so did one of my boys. The rest of the kids weren't crazy about it, but they've been picky lately. Their opinion doesn't count with this recipe (:

Summer Potato Salad

This was a nice difference to traditional potato salad. It had a light flavor. I made this to go along with BLT's for dinner. I didn't change a thing. I will definately make this one again!

Taco Seasoning I

Bacon Quiche Tarts

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

We absolutely LOVED it! Definately 5 stars. I could see where it was a little too salty, but it wasn't that bad. I'll probably cut back on the taco seasoning a bit next time. We had leftovers because I doubled the recipe, so we made some quesadiilas with the leftover chicken and it was awesome! My husband talked about the chicken for days! I'm keeping this recipe for sure!

Tofu Parmigiana

I LOVED this! It was super easy & quick. And tasted awesome!!! My kids ate it up, and my husband who HATES tofu, said it actually wasn't that bad. I will definately be making this again. I'm not a vegetarian, but I preferred this to chicken parmesan.
