Irresistible Irish Soda Bread
I made this today and it was great, threw in a handful of raisins. Put some flour in my hands and put it on a cookie sheet with parchment and it came out just fine. Has a great taste.

Polish Sourdough Rye Bread
Recipe has to much flour and not enough liquid to make the bread. 4 C of flour may work but needed more liquid at that. I have it rising now. Bread came out to be 4" tall two loaves. Used 2 1/2 cups water and 1 1/2 cup butter milk and only 4 C bread flour, and 4 C rye flour. Tastes just fine. A little less rye flour will make it rise more. But it is fine as is.

Russian Black Bread
Came out great, added the egg white on top before baking and sprinkles salt and garlic from a grinder. Did not use instant coffee. I did put the yeast in warm water with sugar. I kneaded it for a few minutes. Let it rise until double. Get asked often to bake this bread. Everyone just loves it.
