World's Best Lasagna

I really wanted to like this recipe..... It was very salty (I guess from the sausage) and I didn't add any salt!!!! There is also not enough cheese for this. I would add more ricotta, and more mozzoerlla (I already slicked a blick, and used a whole bag of shredded, and I don't think it was enough). The sauce recipe was good for something quick. I would use it more for a "meat" sauce with teh ground beef. I'm going back to my old recipe.

Country Chicken Casserole

With the chicken, it was awesome! However, next time, I would use tator tots, or some sort of potatoe that was more solid. Or, I would maybe cook the hasbrowns first because when I followed this recipe, the potatoes kind of came out mushy. We are a "crispy" kind of family and the thickening of the potato consistency would've helped! Thanks for the idea though! I can deiniftely add some different varieties/changes to it!
