Simple Beef Stroganoff

This was really good,I added 1/2 an onion one garlic bud,worcestershire sauce and no garlic salt.I think next time a touch of Cayenne will do.I'll make this again for sure.

Beef Fondue with Sauces

Sauces are so tasty, marinated the beef in 3/4 cup soya sauce 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce and 2 cloves garlic minced.

These are wonderful...the only changes I made were to use hot Italian sausage and red pepper . These are great during the work week. Just open the fridge, place in microwave and instant breakfast. A keeper for sure :-)

Potato Skillet

Good recipe...I doubled the bacon, added a touch of milk to the eggs and put the crumbled bacon on top of the cheese after it melted....yummy If I had small children or teenagers at home I would call it "Breakfast Pizza"

Traditional French Canadian Tourtiere

I've had both styles ground meat and cubed meat.Much prefer the cubed meat recipe but will give this a try and see what my french hubby thinks :-)

Montreal Steak Seasoned Mashed Potatoes

These were a nice change from plain old mashed potatoes. I have reduced the bacon bits and Montreal steak spice as I found it too salty the first time I made them. These are a "keeper" for sure.

Penne Pasta with Veggies

Great keeper recipe ! I made this about a year ago and found it dry. After re-reading the reviews I covered it for the first 20 minutes and it was much better this time. My husband and daughter both raved about the taste. A real tasty dish :-)

Slow Cooker Beef Vegetable Soup

This was delicious , husband said I can make it anytime. Followed almost exactly but added 2 cans of whole potatoes, only 14 ounce can of crushed tomatoes and could not find the beef with onion soup so used onion soup and added beef stock.
