Chicken David

Only reason I give it 4 stars is that you need a lot of sauce to get the full flavor, otherwise it's a little subtle. I like sauce so I loved it. My family isn't big on sauce so they thought it was good but maybe not worth the trouble.

Lacy Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2012
So I'm in the middle of my second batch and still smiling. The recipe is right on. Parchment paper is the way to go. Non stick reynolds wrap was a diaster. I tried to take them off right away / let them cool / and in the refridgerator and nothing worked on the foil. Still using the same two pieces of paper and its smooth sailing. Flat tsp of dough makes a 2- 2 1/2 inch cookie. I changed the temp to 350 and 9 minutes. Thanks for the recipe.

Potato Chips

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2010
Like many I wasn't sure what to expect. My husband rolled his eyes when I told him what we were having and how I was making it. I used wax paper and put the potatoes in Olive oil with some salt in a plastic baggie. For my microwave it took 7 minutes. The first batch I cooked a little longer because I was looking for the brown. It was too much, stop cooking when they are at the most 1/2 brown. Will make again but won't be a staple. I used my grater to slice the potatoes, maybe they were a litle too thick but still good.

Blue Cheese Burgers

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2007
Didn't really taste the Blue Cheese. Very juicy and nice change from plain burgers. Will make again and add a little more cheese.
