Fluffy Pancakes
Very fluffy (see photo)! I took others' advice and halved the vinegar plus added 1T vanilla. The only thing I would add next time is a bit more salt. The official pancake maker is out of town, and I was determined to produce a better pancake than he does...when I added more salt to the mix I was declared the winner by the kids. They named these pancakes the "Fluffmaster 1000." Thanks for the recipe.
