This is sooo good! I use regular reduced-fat graham crackers, and instant sugar-free, fat-free pudding. And either sugar-free or fat-free cool whip - depends on who I making it for. The homemade chocolate sauce is a must!! It's so much better than can frosting. However, I have tried making my frosting with Splenda - and I do NOT recommend that! It was bitter and artificial tasting. (did this for my diabetic husband!) Maybe next time I'll only frost half! Great dessert, and makes a large dish - great for potlucks and family gatherings.
