Zucchini Cake I

I made this recipe( added 1 Cup chopped walnuts) and poured it into petite loaf pans. It is fantastic! So moist, not sweet, not tart, just right. Walnuts make it even better.Thanks for the recipe.

Cinnamon Raisin Bars

Good Recipe. I put cinnamon in the raisins as they were cooking. Put it in a 9" x 9" pan. Too small, bars were too thick. 13" x 9" was too big. I will flatten crust out next time. Will try with dates, cherries, apricots.

Puff Pastry Cinnamon Rolls

Pecan Pie Surprise Bars

I wish I would have read the reviews on this before I wasted my time and ingredients. There is NO WAY you can get crumbly consistency from the recipe. What you get is dough which you have to try and press into the pan. I don't know how the folks who made them from this recipe could have enjoyed them.

Almond Sauce Chicken Breasts

While I am new to cooking I found this recipe easy and it tastes great. Use about 1/2 the almond paste and don't have the pan too hot when you cook the breasts. I will make this again.

Easy Seven Layer Vegetable Salad

I rate recipes by asking myself if I would make them again and this one I would not make again. After 12 hours in the fridge you end up with a pan of soggy lettuce and tasteless veggies.

I am a relatively new cook and I found this recipe easy and the taste is to die for! You have to eat small pieces as they are quite rich but you can go back for more and you will.

Coleslaw with a Difference!

I surprised my wife by cooking dinner and I served this as the salad. We both loved it and will make it again. I used "medium" salsa and I should have used "mild" as it was a litte spicy for us.
