Four Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos
Really good! I didn't steam the jalepenos and they were perfect. If you want to be able to pick them up and eat them, skip the steam. Clean out with a melon baller, rinse and pat dry. Stuff with cheese mix and bake. I also turned the broiler on for a minute to crisp the top a little. Served with homemade plum sauce. I'd love to try adding bacon. :)

Sweet Dinner Rolls
Perfect recipe! So glad I found it! Recalculated the servings to 12 and made a pan of caramel rolls. Just sprinkled cinnamon and sugar over the butter, rolled, cut and let rise per the recipe. Perfect! No more frozen dinner or caramel rolls in our house!

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
While the chef is correct, substitutions will take away from the quality of the soup, let's just go ahead and admit that 45 grams of fat in one serving of soup is excessive. Of course a splurge here and there won't hurt! BUT...for those of us who are always battling a bulge, or like me (pregnant and craving creamy tomato basil soup), substituting fat free half and half and adding a quarter cup of sugar works. As a matter of fact, it's pretty spectacular. (I kept the butter). No, not as rich and tasty as the real thing, but my arteries and butt are thanking me for concocting a heart friendlier version that I would gladly serve to friends and family.
