Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

Excellent poppers! I first blanched them as recommended and triple dipped. I also had some leftover cheese and just made some fried cheese balls. They were not hot at all, and I am very sensitive to heat! I omitted the bacon (this is an unhealthy meal already!) and it was marvelous! A great idea for when company comes over for a cookout.

Monkey Bread

This was pretty good considering how unattractive it was, sopping it what was obviously maple syrup. I was honestly really embarrassed by how it looked, but the taste made up for it and everyone loved it. Next time, though, I'm cutting WAY down on the syrup.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

I don't even like peanut butter cookies, I jut had a jar I had to get rid off, so I made these. I LOVE them. They are soft and chewy and so easy and quick to make. I added some Godiva dark chocolate to it and it makes it even better!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

If you are like me and tend to judge a recipe based on the picture, don't judge a book my its cover on this one... Not only are these muffins better than the store brands, they are absolutely perfect! Definitely substitute buttermilk for milk.... I used frozen blueberries and cooked then at 350 for 26 minutes...

so good and tender. i cooked it in the slow cooker for around 5 or 6 hours... i only cooked 2 and made about 2/3 of the broth... it was delicious. however, there was almost too much sauce and i had nothing to do with it after...

i did as was suggested, added salt, black pepper, onion soup mix, and garlic powder. this makes enough for 2 hearty american sized portions. double this to have leftovers.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

i cooked only 2 chops, used 1 apple, but left everything the same. if i were to make it again, i would double the ingredients in the sauce... there didn't seem to be enough to glaze over the pork chops. i would also cut the apples very fine, so they are bite-sized

this is wonderful... im definitely making this every week... i used 1/4 cup sugar as was suggested and low fat condensed milk... it made it out to 150 calories per serving instead of 190. edit: i made this again, but with frozen dough i let rise on its own instead of pre-fromed frozen rolls and it turned out a million times better. i made 8 HUGE rolls and it was great.

the recipe is TOO MUCH! i used a bundt pan and followed the recipe to a T... and i smelled smoke, and i opened the oven 40 minutes in and there was batter bubbling over onto the oven wire on the bottom... if you make this cake, only fill it up so much.... onto the tasting! it was so dense, heavy, chocolatey and good!
