Great recipe. Instead of walnuts I used crunchy peanut butter. I was looking for something to take on a trip so I didn't use a loaf pan and reduced the cook time to 50 minutes. Perfect. I've also made up a filling which I'll add when the bread is completely cooled so I can split it in half. I used crunchy peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, and milk. Delish!
