Raspberry Trifle
this was just ok for me....but i did change it so maybe it was my own fault. I could not find pound cake so i substituted a fruit pound cake. It was very moist and flavorful. I just had a hard time getting the cream cheese mixture to spread and my barries did not make much liquid. I served it at a church function for women and everyone said they loved it but for me it was just so so. Thanks for sharing. Great idea. I may try again!

Apple Cole Slaw
The secret to this slaw is fine shredded cabbage. Worth purchasing the $20 shredded from Walmart just for this! Also, I only used fuji apples instead of the combo. Very good. I made this for 250 people and served it with BBQed pulled pork sandwiches. It was a hit and people that said they did not like Cole slaw loved it. Thank you for sharing!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.
I did not care for these. The concept was great. I made no changes. I just did not think they tasted very good.
