This recipe was really good. I chopped the garlic before adding it to the pan. My hubby loved it too.

This was very good. I also added some saffron disoved on hot water to give it more flavor (not that it lacked any!) It was wonderful and really easy to make. I also took the suggestion from another reviwer and cooked covered for 30 min and uncover for 40. I broild the chicken for 2 min. to get the nice brown color. Very yummy!

Chicken Tikka Masala

My husband and I LOVE indian food. And this recipe was great. I took the suggestion of others and did not add anymore salt to the sauce, but i did use it in the marinate. Very very good. I served this with cumine rice from this site. It was a hit! I think we won't be going out for Indian food for a while.

Pasta and Peas

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2007
This had a nice flavor. I was worried that it would be kind of bland, so I added mushrooms and a bit of keylime juice. I also added half a cube of chicken boullion to give it more flavor (I don't use canned pease so for the liquid part i used the chicken bullion in water) My husband loved it and after a hard day at work he said that's exactly what he wanted, something light and refreshing.
