This was pretty tasty. I was tired of chicken, so I tried it with pork chops- very good. I rubbed the pork with the spices first. Next, mixed the oil, lime juice, melted butter and second amount of garlic powder in a glass 9x9 baking pan, added the pork, coating both sides in the sauce, covered the pan with foil and baked for 30 minutes. The pork was very tender and the flavour had just the right balance between tangy and spicy. This would be excellent on the grill - pork or chicken and vegetable kabobs in this mixture of spices and the lime/garlic/butter basting sauce. Excellent recipe. UPDATE: Couldn't get limes at the store and used lemon juice instead. Still pretty tasty. I've made this many times and it always gets favourable reviews.
