Zucchini Herb Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2010
next time i will double the rice. overall this was a good recipe but i kept feeling like it was missing something. it's healthy so i will make it again and probably use parmesan and bread crumbs on top.

Tofu Parmigiana

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2010
great recipe. i left off a star simply because the breading didn't stick well to the tofu. next time i will try the suggestions left by other reviewers to dip it in egg/flour first. other than that this was delicious and even better then next day.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2009
great recipe..obviously by the number of positive reviews. i did run out of ricotta cheese mixture so prolly would double it next time. I had enough left over sauce that I was able to freeze for spaghetti another night.

Stuffed Peppers My Way

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
These are fantastic. My peppers slumped a bit. Next time I try these I will either cook peppers for 20 mins or i will just cut the top of the pepper and stuff the whole pepper. These will be a regular fixing in our household. They are wonderful!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
Delicious! I used splenda brown sugar, real butter, 1 cup of chocolate chips, and walnuts. Next time, I will add coconut to recipe. Also, in my oven, I only needed to cook these for 14 minutes for perfect gooey, chewy cookies.

Black Beans a la Olla

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2009
Really tasty. I used 2-16 ounce cans of black beans and served in a warm tortilla. I have to agree with other posters that this is spicy just enough! Great recipe.

Cucumber-Honeydew Smoothie

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2008
This is great, but I did change the recipe up just a tad. In place of the fruit juice, I used skim milk w/ a tad of fatfree vanilla pudding mix. All else remained the same and we loved it as well as the idea of getting in our vegies.
