Raspberry Vinegar Chicken Breasts

I made the recipe exactly as written. After tasting the sauce I felt there was too much raspberry vinegar. You may want to cut back on the raspberry vinegar at the start and then adjust to your taste.

Grandmas Bogie's Parmesan Chicken

I'll admit the only reason I tried is because my dogs name is Bogey! This was quick and easy and have really nice flavor. I'm doing low carb so I couldn't use bread crumbs. Instead, I used ground pork rinds. The pork rinds didn't get as crispy as bread crumbs or panko would have, but still delicious.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

OMG! This frosting is awesome. I made no changes the first time I made it for Mom's birthday. Everyone loved it. I thought it needed to be a little sweeter the next time so I added a little more powdered sugar. Either way, this frosting is great! I made it with Sam's Famous Carrot Cake. You wont' go wrong! Unfortunately, now, I'm on a diet and I dream about this cake and frosting. I promised myself that when I loose 30 pounds, I will treat myself to one slice, that's how good it is!

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

This is really good. Even my snooty sister loved it. Everyone asked for the recipe. The only change I made was using Gemelli pasta instead of tri-color. You won't go wrong making this!

These beans were very good. I made them for my mom's birthday. I doubled the recipe and made them in a crock pot. Everyone wanted to take home the leftovers. You won't go wrong making these.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

OMG, this cake is awesome. I followed the recipe exactly using 3 9" round cake pans. I followed it up the the cream cheese frosting II and it was delicious. Make this cake I made this for my mom's 86th birthday. There was none left. Make this cake, you won't regret it!

These turned out great. Used butter, not shortening as I didn't have any on hand. They took 9.5 minutes in my oven. Added xtra M&M's while they were cooling for presentation effect.

This is a very good dressing. I've made it several times as is and it's great. Recently, I put in a splash of Worcestershire sauce for a little more depth of flavor. This is a keeper.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

These are really good. Follow other reviewers and wait for the cookies to sink a little before adding the candy, it will prevent cracking. I've also made these with mini Snickers and Milky Way. I make a double batch, roll them into balls and freeze them. When I want to make cookies I just give them a little thaw and it's good to go. Enjoy

Cream Corn Like No Other

This was excellent. I made it for Christmas and it was a big hit. I've also made mass quantities of this for a homeless shelter and it got rave reviews. The tip about blitzing some of the corn in a food processor was great. It gave it the texture of canned creamed corn, but with an amazing taste.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

This was really good. I usually make the recipe as is to rate it. The only changes I made was to use a low sodium soy sauce and thickened the sauce with corn starch. This is a keeper!
