Caper Baked Chicken
The chicken turned out tender, however, I didn't care for it at all. I had cut the steak sauce in half and added some flour like others had suggested. However, it tasted bitter, almost acidic. I had just opened the bottle of capers, so, its not like they had gone bad. I will not be trying this again. Not sure how I could tweak it enough to like it.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
I thought that this had great flavor and was pleased - but I did make several changes. First, I doubled the garlic and added 1 tablespooned melted butter to the olive oil. Then, after dipping in the bread crumb mix (which I added 1 tsp. oregano, and a pinch of salt) I browned the chicken about 10 minutes per side before baking in the oven. After baking for 20 minutes, I added half a jar of marinara sauce and cooked for another 15 minutes. Then, I topped each piece of chicken with some mozarella cheese and broiled for 5 minutes. It turned out perfect and will definately make again!
