made this on 8/2008 and everyone loved it. Hubby even ate some of the zucchini (not all). It will be good leftover too.

Texas Pork Ribs

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2004
extremely good! These take a long time but they are worth it. My family loves them and I have used this recipe with beef & pork ribs, chicken, pork chops and beef roasts as well. I don't usually put them on the grill though. Just the same they are Yummy!

Get a Husband Brunswick Stew

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2004
This is a keeper! My whole family loved it! I served it over rice for the kids and over cauliflower for a low carb meal. I also deleted the creamed corn and used a homemade BBQ sauce and ketchup for less sugar. I only had 2 cans of tomatoes and one of them was italian recipe so I used that and also about 2 c. tomato sauce. I will definitely make this again and again.

Broccoli Turkey Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2002
This recipe starts with uncooked rice but the rice must be cooked ahead which was confusing. That made it take much longer than it would have if recipe had just said to use cooked rice. Also, if you don't add lots of wet ingredients it is very dry. It probably should have had canned soup or something.I added soup, chicken broth and it was still dry.

Bratwurst, Potato and Cabbage Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2001
Great soup. I used italian sausage and substituted broccoli for the cabbage. Other than that it just needed salt for our taste. My kids and hubby loved it. Next time I'll try it with cabbage and bratwurst
