Italian Style Sausage

Delicious! I have been using ground beef instead of pork and it taste very much like italian sausage. It's not a staple in my cupboard.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

WOW!! The only thing I changed was that I used regular shortening instead of butter flavored. They were delicious!! And don't be scared about the "spicy" part, it's just the yummy spices, they weren't spicy like I first pictured (thankfully!)l!!

Antipasto Pasta Salad

Love this recipe!! ! It's a fun salad to put in whatever sounds good to you that day. I've tried all different kinds of meats, pasta, cheese, peppers, ect. I love putting artichoke hearts and olives in it. It kinda turns out a little different every time I make it!!

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

So , so good!!! I made them for little Christmas goodies to pass out and everyone wanted to know where I got the recipe from. Much softer than normal biscotti, which I prefer. Loved them!!!

Mall Pretzels

Oh My Goodness! Yum, yum!!! To me, these hit the spot and were just like the mall pretzels. My 18 month old twin boys loved them. I will surely be making these again!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

WOW!! This was terrific!!! Simple and delicious. I didn't have any celery so I added yukon gold potatoes and just boiled them right along with the other veggies. What a great recipe, pretty much anything you have on hand can go in this - the family LOVED it, including my 1 year old twin boys! :)

Easy Tuna Casserole

This was wonderfully easy to make and quiet quick, but like others who have rated this recipe a little on the bland side. That was quickly remedied by some seasoning salt and a bit of extra sour cream. I like this cassarole because anything (pretty much) could go into it!! Leftovers, extra dairy something or others, any kind of pasta, the possibilities are endless!!!

Scrumptious Strawberry Shortcake

These were absolutely amazing!!! I was over at my parents with some friends and we all wanted something sweet for dessert, so I looked for a shortcake recipe here and found this one and just kinda thru it toghether following the recipe exactly. They turned out delicious! What a big hit. These have definitely become an instant favorite!

Easy Bacon, Onion and Cheese Stuffed Burgers

Amazing!!! My husband and I made these for a BBQ and they were so big the guys couldn't even finish them!!! :) Which they didn't complain about! Everyone raved about them. I did add an onion dip mix to the meat which was delicious. Enjoy!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

The sauce was amazing! I actually used Teriyaki sauce instead of soy sauce which gave it a bit sweeter taste. I also used brown sugar instead of white. I think next time I will marinate the chicken like others have suggested, the sauce didn't soak in very well. I will certainly try this one again!
