Salmon and Spinach Fettuccine

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2014
This is a great blend of flavours. I made this for 8 people for dinner and used costco alfredo sauce since I did not have the time. Also only dried oregano and omitted the parmesan since the premade sauce had lots in it. Great blend with the spinach (frozen) and sun dried tomatoes and smoked fish.

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: May 15, 2011
I catch about 40-50 salmon a year so it is a staple food in the house. I made this recipe exactly as written, added a bit of cayenne because we like the heat. This is fantastic and simple! Most People overcook fish. I cooked for 13 mins at 360 and took the fillets out slightyly pink. By the time they are served they are PERFECT.. Remove fish from oven when slightly pink..Thanks for a great recipe!

Outrageous Caesar Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2010
Great Recipe..I did make some changes...my company loved it. I added light mayonnaise instead of 'raw' egg. Healthier all around. and I use olive oil and about 3 inches of anchovy paste. Alway have that in the house and easier to use ie. no left over chovies. If is it too thick after the addtion of the mayo add some milk. I used my Magic Bullet too. I love that thing for dressings

This is amazing.. Had it hot out of the oven and I had forgotton to add the lime juice.. still GREAT. Very important as the author said to take it out while not fully cooked and let it sit for 5 mins or so.

Asian Salmon

Reviewed: May 19, 2010
I made this last night for Company and got Great Reviews.. I did not change a thing in the ingredients. I did marinate for about 3 hours and I cooked it on foil on the BQQ. I did skin my salmon before marinating so the flavor can penetrate.

Zippy Summer Shrimp

Reviewed: May 3, 2010
This is a great combination of flavors. I cut the chilis to 1/2 . My husband thought it was plenty hot enough. I will replace the lemon juice with white wine next time, so it is not quite as acidic.

GREAT, I used half wine half broth, just browned the meat with flour in a non stick skillet and dumped everything else on top since I was short of time. Simmered for about 2 hours.
