OK......firstly, I couldn't wait to make these. Secondly, I couldn't wait to rate them. These are bakery quality muffins. I made these with virtually no added fat. In place of the butter, I took a 1/3 measuring cup, filled it MORE THAN 3/4 full with applesauce and the added canola oil to the rim. For the topping, I mixed cinnamon and brown sugar. Then I sprinkled the tops with this mixture. They came out incredible!

Dessert Crepes

I've been making this recipe for years and my family loves it. For those of us who need to watch our cholesterol, I want to tell you that these are absolutely amazing when made with egg beaters and skim milk. I use smart balance light in the recipe and cooking spray in the crepe pan. You will be amazed at how great they taste. Everyone can enjoy!

Lemon Poppy Seed Bundt Cake

Some alterations I made are: replace eggs with egg substitute and replace all the oil with an equal amount of applesauce and I used lemon pudding mix instead of vanilla. I also added lemon zest of one lemon. The result was fantastic!

Creamiest Rice Pudding

This recipe is AWESOME!!! I've tried so many rice pudding recipes and this one is the only one which delivered restuarant quality rice pudding!! I followed the recipe exactly. You will not be disappointed.
