Banana Crumb Muffins
OK......firstly, I couldn't wait to make these. Secondly, I couldn't wait to rate them. These are bakery quality muffins. I made these with virtually no added fat. In place of the butter, I took a 1/3 measuring cup, filled it MORE THAN 3/4 full with applesauce and the added canola oil to the rim. For the topping, I mixed cinnamon and brown sugar. Then I sprinkled the tops with this mixture. They came out incredible!
