Asian Lettuce Wraps
This was amazing! Totally cured the lettuce wrap craving, and the dipping sauce mentioned in one of the reviews is a must! We used all of the ingredients except the chili sauce b/c I didn't have it. So I put some red pepper flakes in the meat mix and a little ground red pepper in the dipping sauce. Was fabulous!

Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll-Ups
My mother in law would always make these for showers or parties except she would spread a little bit of yellow mustard on the dough before adding the ham and cheese. Then after they cooled she would cut them into pinwheel type things. Awesome!

Green Grape Salad
So, I don't like most nuts in recipes. But I usually add them if it is called for because most of my family likes nuts. This salad was wonderful even with the pecans! I tasted it before I added the brown sugar and it was really good. But after the brown sugar it was GREAT! Can't wait to impress the family at our Christmas dinner!
