Oat and Herb Encrusted Turkey

This was great! Me and my boyfriend really loved it. I changed the recipe a bit. I substituted sour cream for yogurt and chicken breasts for turkey. I also poured the mustard/milk mixture in the pan with the chicken while it cooked and it came out juicy and flavourful. We had it over brown rice. I will definitely make this one again.

Teena's Spicy Pesto Chicken and Pasta

Wow! this was really really good. I didn't have a full box of pasta, but I'll definitely use a full box next time because the pesto was laid on just a bit too thick, but that was more my fault than the recipes. I substituted parsley for cilantro because I just don't like cilantro and it turned out very tasty. I would definitely make this one again

Spinach Salad with Curry Vinaigrette

Very good, a little bit bitter for me, but it was a big hit when I served it.
