Turkey 'n Stuffing Bake

LOVE IT!! The only changes that i made was, i just layered bits an pcs of turkey over the stuffing layer-till i thought i had enough meat in it(more than 1 1/2 c). And i used frozen mixes veggies instead of peas. put in some garlic pepper, salt an reg pepper....FANTASTIC AND SOOOO EASY. My husband an son fought over the last spoonful!

Easy Fruit Dip

This is a wonderful dip. The cream cheese takes away the super sweetness of the marshmellow creme, but is still sweet enough to be great. I have made it without the cherry juice, and it is still delicious over fresh fruit.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

This is so cool and refreshing. I did add a layer of bananas, which made it even better. When I make it again though, I will make the middle layer of graham cracker double. That would make a better cakey type layer in the middle which would be great. It was gone in one nite!!

Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta

OH MY! That was just to easy, to be that delicious. What a great quick recipe to make when company is coming over (or just drop in)..they will think you cooked for hours!! I did add more milk(upped it to 3/4c) to make more sauce and it didnt change the flavor. But I still had to leave out some of the pasta, ab 1-2C. It is to dry if you use the whole pound of cooked pasta. I will definitely have to double the recipe next time! lol

Italian Almond Cookies I

There was not enough liquid in this recipe. The mixture was nothing but crumbly mixture. I didnt press it down, like the recipe said. It stayed crumbly, never baked together like a cookie. I followed the recipe exactly...was just as crumbly coming out of the oven as when it went in.
