Fudge Puddles

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2013
Liked it more than I anticipated! I used 1/2 c peanut butter chips barely melted in the micro since I didn't have peanut butter. Worked out great! Also used regular muffin pans. Will make again!

Glazed Dijon Carrots

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2011
I am not a fan of carrrots but i could eat a lot of this. The dijon gave it a great, different flavor. Yumm! I left a little bit of crunch in the carrots but reducing the cooking time in the water. I also cut them into dimes instead of strips. Will make again!!!

The Humble Shepherd

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2009
So I took other peoples reviews into consideration and added a few things. It turned out very yummy. I added fresh garlic ti the turkey and onion along with worchestershire. I used only peas and corn because its what I had on hand. I also used 2 different kinds of cheeses on top. It was very flavorful if you add a few things of your own. Great base recipe.

Funnel Cakes IV

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2007
Yum! Very tasty. Just make sure you have the temp high enough or you will be disappointed. If anything, make it a few degrees higher so that when you add the batter, and the temp drops, you will still have a wonderful funnel cake.

Gelatin Divinity

This came out very chalky. I used a candy thermometer and have made candy before but I don't know what happened. Not gonna try again.

Creamiest Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2007
This replaces any rice pudding recipe I have! I only made 6 servings for the first time and it turned out wonderful. I did use 2 cups light cream and 2 cups milk though. It came out so creamy and rich. I had to cook it longer than 2 minutes at the end. I cooked it for about 30 minutes. It sets a little more overnight in the fridge. Cook until desired thickness. Well worth the time to make!
